Amitesh has over 8 years of sales leadership, business development, direct sales and marketing experience. He has dramatically increased sales at past companies in a range of manufacturing industries & distribution companies.

Prior to founding Greenfinity powertech, amitesh worked in the renewable energy sector for more than 7 years. Amitesh has done B.E. ( mechanical) and MBA (marketing) from Pune .

 He identified trust and relationship building as the key factors for success in the early stages of team building. In the same way, he has come to realize that, at its foundation, the sales process is based on building strong connections, growing trust, and going beyond the superficial.

Rajib Das

Director
(Projects and Operations)

Prior to founding Greenfinity, Rajib spent 8 years in Solar project EPC’s and Sales. He has worked in sectors like solar distribution, EPC, manufacturing etc. He has worked hard in cost optimizations in solar projects resulting increasing revenues for companies.

With belief that “Energy saving is as good as Energy Generation” he works hard in fields like energy conservations and energy efficiency. Rajib has done MBA in Energy management from Kolkata.

Rajib is active in the entrepreneur community as a regular member in TIE, Mumbai, also life time member in solar Energy society.

When not working rajib enjoys traveling, exploring India and playing guitar.

Arti Sharma

Director
( HR Management)

After completing MBA in Human Resource management from symbiosis institute of management, Pune, arti has experience of more than 5 years in field of eduction. Later joined Greenfinity Powertech as director H.R.

Being founder member of greenfinity arti has helped company to grow recruiting right person at right time. She supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.

Arti, as an HR director also takes a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to a firm’s objectives.

Dhirendra Mani tiwari

(sales and marketing)

Dhirendra is a marketing specialist with expertise in Promotions and branding. He is experienced in influencing and relationship-building through networking and social media engagement to create brand awareness, foster brand loyalty and increase profitability.

With experience of 3 years working with greenfinity, dhirendra is one of the best performer in the organization.

he has previously completed Engineering in electrical and electronics and currently pursuing Marketing Management program . He loves taking challenges and sales targets and is passionate about innovation.
